🎯 Role: DevOps & Cloud Engineer – BFSI & FinTech Infra

You’ll be the infra guardian of India’s Financial OS — ensuring secure, compliant, scalable deployments across AWS/GCP/Azure. From CI/CD pipelines to regulatory-ready cloud infra, you’ll make sure our AI-powered financial services run at 99.99% uptime with zero security lapses.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Build & manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).

Deploy microservices (Node.js, Python) on Kubernetes/Docker.

Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible).

Manage AWS/GCP/Azure infra with multi-zone DR, auto-scaling, HA clusters.

Enforce RBI Data Localization (all financial data within India).

Implement encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.3), key management (KMS, HSM).

Support PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, DPDP 2023 compliance.

Run CERT-IN–aligned VAPT, security hardening, IAM/RBAC policies.

Setup centralized logging & monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

Build audit trails & access logs ready for BFSI regulators.

Optimize cloud cost without compromising security.

Support LLM/AI workloads (GPU clusters, vector DB infra, inference scaling).

✅ Requirements

3–6 years of DevOps/Cloud experience (preferably in BFSI or FinTech).

Hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.

Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and firewalls.

Experience with RBI, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, CERT-IN audits.

Familiarity with banking APIs, UPI infra, Payment Gateways, Open Banking (AA Framework).

Prior work with data localization, fraud monitoring, and secure API gateways.

Exposure to PostgreSQL, Firebase, Redis, Kafka, vector DBs is a plus.

BFSI-grade mindset: security, stability, compliance-first.
