Designing Bill of Material for IPT based on the requirement of the customer Preparing Low Level & High Level Document for the implementations Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 8.5 Cluster on UCS Server Implementation of Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 on UCS Server Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.1 Integration of Cisco IP contact Center Express with CUCM. Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express Implementation of Cisco Unity Express Implementation of Voice Gateways Configuration of 6900, 7900, 9900 Series IP Phones Implementation of Tandberg and Polycom Video Endpoints Implemented Cisco Routers and SwitchesPreferred knowledge and skill set:WAN and LAN, QoS Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills Excellent oral, written & presentation communications skills CCVP / CCIE – or Higher Cisco Certification or any other CISCO certification would be an advantage Required Expertise on following Technology Cisco call manager (current and past versions)
