Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Tax Calling Executive located in Tiruppur. The US Tax Calling Executive will be responsible for performing outbound calling activities related to US tax inquiries, providing customer support, handling tax-related queries, verifying data, and maintaining accurate call records. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure compliance with tax regulations and providing timely updates on the status of their inquiries. This position requires addressing customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy to facilitate smooth and compliant tax operations. Qualifications Strong communication skills, particularly in voice processes, customer support, and telemarketingProficiency in handling tax-related queries, compliance reporting, and data verificationExperience in outbound calling, lead generation, and salesKnowledge of accurate financial data management and bookkeepingExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work on-site in TiruppurBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role, especially related to US tax processes, would be an advantage
