About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow's App Engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript and Glide API for server-side and client-side scripting, as well as experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Designing and developing custom applications using ServiceNow's App Engine, creating and maintaining scoped applications that utilize all platform functionalities.
  • Scripting and Automation: Writing and maintaining scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
  • Integrations: Developing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, utilizing Integration Hub for building and managing integrations.
  • ServiceNow Modules: Extensive experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Configuration Management: Configuring and customizing forms, fields, views, lists, and UI policies, implementing and managing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • User Interface and Experience: Developing and enhancing ServiceNow Portals using UI/UX best practices, creating and customizing dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing and resolving platform issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Working with functional teams and clients to gather requirements and implement solutions, leading and mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, continuously improving and optimizing the platform to meet evolving business needs.
