Role Description:We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM and Integrations Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules, along with building integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Your expertise will drive the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT services and enhance the ServiceNow platform's capabilities to meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow ITSM Development:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in IT Service Management using ServiceNow’s platform.
  • Design, configure, and develop new workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions for ServiceNow ITSM.
  • ServiceNow Integrations:
  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and custom APIs.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Ensure integrations align with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Platform Maintenance & Support:
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities for ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide advanced support for ServiceNow ITSM-related incidents and requests.
  • Ensure optimal platform performance and reliability.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Operations, HR, Security, and external partners to enhance and optimize ServiceNow processes.
  • Provide consultation to business stakeholders on ServiceNow ITSM and integration solutions.
  • Lead and participate in ServiceNow platform improvement projects from design to deployment.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically ITSM modules.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, or other programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.


Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (required).
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation certification (preferred).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in ServiceNow and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Scoped Applications.
