Also having experience in d rive campus recruitment & placement initiatives and also having expertise in improving placement process and outcomes.Qualifications Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and expertise in Soft Skills training and development Experience in designing and conducting Training programs Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with organizations Proven organizational and time management abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field Experience in career counselling or guidance is a plus Drive campus recruitment & placement initiatives
