Position: Murex Developer

Location: Pune

Type: Full-time

Experience:7+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Murex platform.
  • Customize and enhance Murex modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of Murex systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders, including end-users and other IT teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest Murex releases, features, and best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Murex Developer, with expertise in MxML, Murex Datamart, and Murex Reporting.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent understanding of financial instruments, derivatives, and trading workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Murex certification(s) (e.g., Murex Certified Developer) is a plus.
  • Experience with Murex MXML Exchange, MxML Real-time, and Murex Integration tools.
  • Knowledge of Murex API and Murex DataMart.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
