Position Overview :


As the Dotnet Delivery Head, you will spearhead the implementation of Microsoft ERP solutions, leveraging the Dotnet framework to deliver high-quality projects.

Your leadership will guide a team of developers and project managers, ensuring that projects align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :


- Define the strategic vision for Microsoft ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of developers and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Project Management :


- Oversee the full project lifecycle for Microsoft ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Technical Guidance :


- Provide technical leadership in the development and customization of Microsoft ERP solutions using the Dotnet framework.


- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are implemented across all projects.

Client Engagement :


- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and project success.

Continuous Improvement :


- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP implementations.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft ERP and Dotnet technologies.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on the Dotnet framework.

- 8+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft ERP solutions (e., Dynamics 365).

- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems can drive efficiency.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Relevant certifications in Microsoft ERP (e., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).

- Experience in cloud-based solutions and integrations.
