M365 Specialist

M365 Administration: Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams (including voice and meeting rooms),
OneDrive, and other related applications.
• Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize M365 applications to meet
organizational needs and improve efficiency.
• User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on M365
applications, resolving issues and answering queries.
• Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols for M365
services, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Migration Projects: Lead and participate in migration projects, including
transitioning from on-premises systems to M365 cloud services.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users
and maintain comprehensive documentation of M365 configurations and best
practices.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of M365 services with other IT systems and
applications within the organization.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance and usage of M365 services,
generating regular reports on key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure M365 services comply with organizational policies, procedures,
and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest M365 features and updates,
recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure cohesive and efficient
operation of M365 services.
• Maintain high levels of user satisfaction through effective support and training.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect M365 services and data.
• Successfully lead and execute migration and integration projects.
• Regularly monitor and report on the performance and usage of M365 services.
• Promptly address and resolve incidents related to M365 services, minimizing downtime
and disruption.
• Manage changes to M365 configurations and services, ensuring minimal impact on users
and business operations.
• Monitor and manage the capacity of M365 services to ensure they meet current and
future demands.
• Liaise with Microsoft and other vendors to ensure optimal performance and support for
M365 services.

• Extensive experience in administering and managing Microsoft 365 services, including
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams (including voice and meeting rooms),
OneDrive, and other related applications.
• Proven experience in providing technical support for M365 applications, resolving
issues, and answering queries.
• Experience in leading and participating in migration projects, including transitioning
from on-premises systems to M365 cloud services.
• Experience in implementing and managing security protocols for M365 services,
ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Experience in ensuring seamless integration of M365 services with other IT systems
and applications within the organization.
• Experience in monitoring the performance and usage of M365 services, generating

• Experience liaising with Microsoft and other vendors to ensure optimal performance

• Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the
functionality and efficiency of M365 services.

• Educational Background: Experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop
Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in M365 administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical
issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user
satisfaction.
• Project Management: Ability to plan and execute migration and integration projects.
• Security Awareness: Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards for
M365 services.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous personal development and staying
