Job Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad

Job Description: VisionPLUS developer/Lead

  1. Looking for a proficient Visionplus Developer to design and develop software solutions within the Visionplus framework.
  2. Strong knowledge of Visionplus modules and development expertise required.

Overall Responsibilities:

  1. 5+ years hands on experience in VisionPlus
  2. Responsible for monitoring and providing solutions for Production and UAT Incidents.
  3. Hands on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.
  4. Should be able to work independently and escalate if the issue is not resolved on time.
  5. Excellent analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and provide fixes for that.
  6. Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical know-how and solutions to complex business problems.
  7. Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team.
  8. Provide functional and technical guidance to the Business Analysts and Developers
  9. Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing and in production.
  10. Aid in the implementation and stabilization of the solution.
  11. High-level Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsystems, Batch processing

Technical Skills:

  1. Hands on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.
  2. High-level Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsystems, Batch processing
  3. Skills in Mainframe - JCL, COBOL, VSAM and CICS
  4. Experience in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban
  5. Vision Flex experience is preferrable.
