About the Job:
Work with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer specific programs & learning journeys. Create and deliver flagship leadership development programs.
Job Role: Lead Facilitator
Location: Noida and Pune
Education: Master’s degree in business administration/ HR/ Psychology
Qualification in Instructional Design (preferable)
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Offer development up to senior levels in the organization through role-based programs.
- Ensure employees make the most of learning opportunities through post training support.
- Assess the success of development programs through robust effectiveness checks.
- Support the program manager in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioural and managerial programs.
- Support other initiatives as necessary including Women’s Leadership Development, etc.
- Creating blended learning programs with micro learning content, & playlists curation
- Lead Major projects and academies and ensure the right governance for these initiatives
Skills Required:
- 12-15 years
- L&D Experience of 8+ years preferable
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in designing and delivering instructor led sessions in in-person and virtual formats
- Experience in developing e learning content preferable
- Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management
- Ability to build rapport with employees
- Resourceful, analytical & proactive in approach
- Strong trainer presence, ability to research and create quality content.
