Salary : 7 to 74 LPA Job description and Understanding :Role : Dotnet DeveloperWFH and WFOJob Responsibilities :- Expertise in writing stored procedures and SQL queries- Proficient in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle management- Familiar with SOLID Principles and Design Patterns- Experience with CI/CD tools and Version Control tools like GIT- Good understanding of Test-Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development strategies and approaches- Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies- Strong data analytics, quantitative skills, problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating data-driven business environments- Self-motivated, independent worker who is driven to deliver results without close management- Ability to communicate well and work with other developers and can foster team and peer loyalty- Encourages constructive design discussion with the team- Be able to work efficiently in a high pressured and fast pace environment- Excellent prioritization skills to deliver multiple projects in a timely manner- Sense of urgency and adherence to deliverable dates- To write clean, reusable, maintainable, and readable code- Manage, guide, support, motivate, and mentor teammates- Be a part of the conversation from the start, you will lead full lifecycle projects including guiding technical scoping, design, and implementation- Drive the development forward and be able to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions- Work with UX & UI designers, researchers, and other engineers (web and mobile), you will be able to flex your .Net chops to help shape, design, and build digital products that help solve important business needs- Be proactive and show perseverance because you're motivated to get the best results- Exposure to DevOps practices- Commercial experience in Continuous Integration and writing testable code, simplifying Unit Tests- Write code that follows SOLID principles, platform-specific conventions, and common design patterns- Skills in securing data in transit and at rest using a variety of encryption techniques- An understanding of architectural choices, including the trade-offs for each- Knowledge of AGILE - Scrum or Kanban- You're an experienced internal project lead and you also excel in leading client workshops- Previous leadership experience, managing/mentoring, and motivating others to improveBasic Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in any stream- 2+ years' experience in software design and development using C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, Angular (or similar UI Framework)- 1+ years related experience developing in the Pharmacy, Hospital/EMR, PBM, hospital revenue cycle, or 340B industry- Microsoft Azure Developer Certification- Knowledge of pharmacy, prescription claims adjudication, PBM, or medical EDI data a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
