Job description and Understanding :


Role : Dotnet Developer

WFH and WFO

Job Responsibilities :

- Expertise in writing stored procedures and SQL queries

- Proficient in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle management

- Familiar with SOLID Principles and Design Patterns

- Experience with CI/CD tools and Version Control tools like GIT

- Good understanding of Test-Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development strategies and approaches

- Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies

- Strong data analytics, quantitative skills, problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating data-driven business environments

- Self-motivated, independent worker who is driven to deliver results without close management

- Ability to communicate well and work with other developers and can foster team and peer loyalty

- Encourages constructive design discussion with the team

- Be able to work efficiently in a high pressured and fast pace environment

- Excellent prioritization skills to deliver multiple projects in a timely manner

- Sense of urgency and adherence to deliverable dates

- To write clean, reusable, maintainable, and readable code

- Manage, guide, support, motivate, and mentor teammates

- Be a part of the conversation from the start, you will lead full lifecycle projects including guiding technical scoping, design, and implementation

- Drive the development forward and be able to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions

- Work with UX & UI designers, researchers, and other engineers (web and mobile), you will be able to flex your .Net chops to help shape, design, and build digital products that help solve important business needs

- Be proactive and show perseverance because you're motivated to get the best results

- Exposure to DevOps practices

- Commercial experience in Continuous Integration and writing testable code, simplifying Unit Tests

- Write code that follows SOLID principles, platform-specific conventions, and common design patterns

- Skills in securing data in transit and at rest using a variety of encryption techniques

- An understanding of architectural choices, including the trade-offs for each

- Knowledge of AGILE - Scrum or Kanban

- You're an experienced internal project lead and you also excel in leading client workshops

- Previous leadership experience, managing/mentoring, and motivating others to improve

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in any stream

- 2+ years' experience in software design and development using C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, Angular (or similar UI Framework)

- 1+ years related experience developing in the Pharmacy, Hospital/EMR, PBM, hospital revenue cycle, or 340B industry

- Microsoft Azure Developer Certification

- Knowledge of pharmacy, prescription claims adjudication, PBM, or medical EDI data a plus
