Job Summary :


We are seeking a talented JavaScript Backend Developer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems. The role involves building scalable APIs, working with microservices, and contributing to cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :

- Develop, test, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.

- Build scalable, high-performance, and secure backend architectures using JavaScript (Node.js).

- Design and implement microservices and serverless architectures.

- Integrate real-time communication systems using socket.io.

- Manage databases, ensuring high availability and performance (MongoDB, NoSQL).

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA) for end-to-end development.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills :


- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with backend frameworks like Node.js.

- Hands-on experience in REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.

- Knowledge of real-time communication using socket.io.

- Expertise in databases - MongoDB, NoSQL (SQL knowledge is a plus).

- Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
