WELS is now looking for a BIM Engineer specializing in Electrical We now seek a BIM Engineer to work on various projects in the Industry, Municipal, Pharma, Residential and Data Centre Sectors. The role is perfect for those with at least one to two years of relevant engineering experience and are interested in working in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Candidates with additional experiance are also encouraged to apply.Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Accurate BIM MEP modelling Developing precise 2D drawings from the BIM model Creating Revit families Conducting coordination and clash assessments, and reporting on project progression Liaising with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineers Assisting engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprints Managing involvement in multiple projects simultaneously Calculations and designingOur ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy. They must be capable of working independently as well as in team environments. This position demands an individual with a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent English oral and written communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude.Additional qualifications required include: A bachelor's degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Electrical or a related discipline 1–2 years of experience in a similar role on large-scale complex MEP projects.
