The ideal candidate should have experience working withUS clients , sourcing candidates forIT positions , and working onW2, C2C, and 1099hiring models.Key Responsibilities: Source and identify candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and communication. Work onW2, C2C, and 1099hiring models and understandUS tax terms . Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment workflow using ATS. Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and consultants. Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements. Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum1 year of experienceinUS IT Recruitment(mandatory). Solid understanding ofUS tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) . Experience sourcing candidates on major job boards. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to work in afast-paced, target-drivenenvironment. Should be comfortable workingnight shift (US hours) .Preferred Skills: Experience working withDirect Clients / Tier 1 Vendors .
