You will be part of a high-performing consulting group that drives large-scale SAP S/4 HANA ERP transformations for top global clients.This role offers exposure to digital transformation, business process re-engineering, and ERP solutioning across industries. If you are passionate about delivering impactful solutions and building a rewarding consulting career, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities- Deliver SAP S/4 HANA ERP-enabled business design, value assessments, and process optimization. - Act as a Functional Solution Architect, handling end-to-end client proposals and solutions. - Collaborate with global clients to define requirements, solutions, and roadmaps. - Support business development through proposals, solution plans, and delivery approaches. - Work on large-scale SAP transformation & implementation programs. - Design innovative SAP solutions and create proof of concepts when required.Must-Have Skills- Functional expertise in SAP FICO / SD / MM / EWM / IBP. - 3–7 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience. - Experience in 2–3 large SAP implementation / transformation engagements. - Hands-on experience with 4–5 SAP RFP solutioning projects. - Strong problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills. - Excellent communication & presentation abilities.Good-to-Have Skills- Exposure to industrial verticals. - Design thinking & business process optimization. - Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.EducationMBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School is required.Why Join Our Client?- Salary up to ₹20 LPA + 23% Variable. - Opportunity to work with global Fortune 500 clients. - Attractive benefits package and a permanent employment contract. - International work culture with growth opportunities. - Comprehensive training programs and continuous career development.
