As a Fund Servicing Associate I within JP Morgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational services related to fund accounting and administration. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Demonstrated expertise in fund servicing operations, with at least three years of experience focusing on fund accounting and administration, evidenced by successful execution of related tasks and responsibilities. - Advanced emotional intelligence skills, with a track record of building trusting relationships and fostering collaboration in a professional setting. - Experience in proposing and implementing process improvements, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and resilience in an operational environment. - Proven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client needs effectively.
