About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI Developer to design and develop intuitive, metadata-driven user interfaces. This role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly UI screens while ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of modern front-end frameworks and a deep understanding of UX principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize UI/UX concepts.

- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to transform requirements into functional components.

- Build and maintain reusable UI components while ensuring design consistency.

- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) compliance.

- Optimize UI for performance, scalability, and usability across devices.

- Maintain code quality, perform code reviews, and follow best practices.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum cycles, contribute to sprint planning, and provide effort estimates.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5-7 years of UI/Front-end development experience.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Strong experience with metadata-driven UI components and dynamic interfaces.

- Hands-on expertise with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- UI integration experience with backend services/APIs (REST, GraphQL).

- Strong understanding of user input handling, form validations, and dynamic rendering.

- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API, MobX).

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium).

- Exposure to backend integration (Node.js or similar).

- Knowledge of UX research principles, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
