Description : Title : Oracle EBS 11 i SCM Techno FunctionalLocation : RemoteExp Level : 10+ YearsRoles and Responsibilities :We are looking for Oracle EBS 11.8 techno Functional consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EBS experience and Oracle Cloud ERP experience would be desirable Must have a good understanding of the Oracle EBS BOM, Kitting, inventory management and SCM accounting capabilities.Description :- Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle EBS Financial Applications with specific focus on Projects-Contracts.- Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests.- The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.- Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes.- Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects.- After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.- The key skills used daily are high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.This work includes : - Work directly with Customers for- Advising on complex use of Oracle products.- Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues.- Creation/review of Knowledge Articles.Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP EBS implementation & support.- Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME.- Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules EBS Financial Modules like Inventory, BOM, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Accounting.- Should have Strong SCM business processes knowledge and concepts.- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS BOM/Inventory/SCM.- Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customers critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.- Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.- Strong team player so you leverage each others strengths.- You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often.Employer Description : -
