Complaint Handling:Investigating and resolving market complaints and non-conformance products. Audits:Ensuring audit readiness for internal, external, and regulatory inspections. Continuous Improvement:Driving continuous improvement initiatives, often using Lean Six Sigma principles, to optimize processes and reduce complaints. Required skills and qualifications Education:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related science field (e.g., B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc). Experience:Several years of experience in QA/QC within a regulated pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing environment is typically required. Technical Skills:Familiarity with specific techniques like HPLC and GC, and a strong understanding of quality control procedures. Soft Skills:Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills are essential for managing teams and driving quality culture.
