Required Skills :

As an ATE Test Engineer need to perform Pre and Post-Silicon validation of high-speed IO interfaces. Conduct DC data characterization, statistical analysis, ATPG, BSCAN, MBIST, SELFLOOPBACK test validations. Utilize ATE HDMT testers for content bring-up and qualification. Develop and automat test cases to meet design specifications.

- Module development and validation for ATPG and thermal modules.

- Managed and executed test programs to streamline the validation process by using TPIE.

- Thermal data analysis across various temperatures.

- Bin disposition and correlation analysis for every test program.

- Understanding the requirement and updating level and timing.

- Based on timing change doing pattern generation.

- Converting patterns from CMT to HDMT tester format using Linux.

- Utilized JMP for statistical analysis and data visualization to identify trends and anomalies.

- Automated test procedures and data collection using Python scripts, enhancing efficiency and consistency in testing.

- Ensured proper maintenance and calibration of ATE equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring accurate test results.
