About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering cutting-edge digital products and AI-driven solutions. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with technology groups, business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generative AI Solutions: Design and deliver Generative AI applications, including advanced prompt engineering, to address business challenges and improve user experiences.
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Lead and define the product vision and strategic roadmap for AI and digital products, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Backlog Management: Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritizing features and tasks for efficient and impactful delivery.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing efforts across all project phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective defect resolution.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Apply design thinking and customer journey mapping to enhance product usability and customer experience.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to best practices and Agile principles.
  • Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with innovation centers to develop and incubate AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing Generative AI applications and prompt engineering.
  • Strong expertise in digital product and platform development.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer journey design, customer experience implementations, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of Agile processes and principles, with the ability to navigate complex project environments.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience in business analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience working in multi-functional teams, including business leaders, analysts, UX designers, and IT architects.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and methodologies in AI and digital ecosystems.
