- Incremental delivery : Skilled at breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks and pull requests, ensuring safe and incremental value delivery.


- Collaborative technical leadership : Actively participates in reviewing technical approaches proposed by the team, offering guidance to identify optimal solutions.


Expected Experience :

- 5-10 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and Angular (version 4+).


- Proven track record of designing scalable, testable, and maintainable code in a collaborative development environment.


- Hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices, including version control (e. g., Git), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.


- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor other developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive best practices in code quality and testing.
