You'll also be:- Liaising with auditors and tax consultants- Engaging with business partners and stakeholders to ensure timely flow of information to ensure timely delivery of tax and regulatory compliances and projects- Leading the annual delivery to external auditors of the year-end current and deferred tax provisions- Managing interactions with revenue authorities in relation to submitted tax returns- Providing expertise to business areas on tax issues arising from business transactions and restructurings- Preparing various MI reports and papers for updating senior management about tax strategy, tax risks, statutory changes impacting the businessThe skills you'll need:- Along with a professional tax qualification, you'll be a qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience in financial services or banking tax area.Additionally, you'll need:- A minimum of five years of experience working with tax- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and deliver technical material in a clear and concise manner- A track record of working on your own initiative and juggling competing priorities in a pressurised environment- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel capabilities (ref:iimjobs.com)
