 Job Title:  Trainer  On Huawei OSN Engineer

Job Type : Freelance

Work Mode : Remote

Duration : Standard

Experience : 10+years


Job Role

  • Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Huawei OSN series DWDM/SDH equipment

  • Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on optical network systems

  • Configure and upgrade network elements via Huawei U2000 / Huawei NMS platforms

  • Handle cutover and migration activities during network expansion or upgrades

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and SLA compliance

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Huawei OSN (e.g., OSN 3500/7500/8800)

  • Hands-on experience with DWDM / SDH / OTN technologies

  • Familiarity with optical fiber basics (OTDR, power meter, splicing)

  • Proficiency in U2000/NMS system operations

  • Good understanding of network topology, alarms, and performance monitoring

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions
