Roles & Responsibilities :


- Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Possess deep technical expertise in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and potentially .NET to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.

- Manage a team of 5-6 Cloud Architects, delegating tasks, providing mentorship, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, track performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Identify and implement best practices in cloud security, architecture patterns, and automation.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and trends through continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Development, Operations, and Security.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cloud architects.

- Strong In Cloud Technologies,AWS,Azure,.Net.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- A passion for cloud technologies and a desire to stay current on the latest trends.

- Experience with .NET development is a plus.
