Job Description:

- This role is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees skill and performance.

- To support the delivery of learning and development strategy to drive business improvement and enable to nurture our talent to achieve business objectives and personal development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Min 5 to 6 years of experience in delivering training programs for new joiners and behavioral programs to employees across the organization.

- Proven experience in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences in corporate, educational, or other settings.

- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on behavioral and Leadership skills development.

- Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness.

- Knowledge of adult learning theory.

- Experience in planning and strategizing training programs.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with training delivery methods, techniques, and tools.

- Experience of curating engaging and impactful behavioral training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture.

- Experience of designing, developing and delivering impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.

- Work continuously to improve the content of the program and experience of participants.

- Should have expertise in identifying behavioral training needs, tailoring content to meet specific objectives.

- Good knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design.

- Expertise on e-learning modules and virtual classrooms.

- Experience of handling leadership trainings.

- Open for travel across Pan India.
