Established by the Apeejay Stya Education Foundation in the state of Haryana [under Act No. 10 of the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act 2010], the ASU provides students not only 'education for living and livelihood' but also 'education for life' and empower learners with a fundamental foundation in leadership and professional skills to face the challenges of the new liberalized global economy.Job KRAResponsible for teaching a requisite number of courses To review, evaluate and supervise academic progress of students To timely monitor and observe the students attendance and assessments To provide guidance and supervision to the students for their research and internships related work To conduct research and publishing papers in well-known journals academic journals To write proposals towards securing funding for research To provide assistance and support to the Dept. on various accreditation related requirements To develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning, as appropriate To continuously update new curricula and course frameworks as desirable according to the market needs and requirements To adapt new technology towards developing and implementing innovative instructional methods To create innovative and implement career-enhancement programs and activities To participate in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to the Dept. To assist and support senior professor / HoD / Dean in their day-to-day work and functions / academic administration To provide support in the admission process of the school and marketing team as requiredQualifications: Ph.D in Law LL.M. with minimum 55 % marks from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Experience: A minimum of 9 years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Associate Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry.Specialisation:Corporate Law , IPR and Constitutional lawSkills requirement: Published works is highly desirable Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills A good record of attending conferences and academic events Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills A passion for teaching and engaging with students Patience, understanding, and willingness to help Good Communication skills Good presentation skills Good understanding of Media and General Studies.
