Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Diamond Pricing Specialist with deep knowledge of the diamond industry to execute pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.


  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to accurately assess diamond quality, rarity, and market demand.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to optimize pricing across product lines.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing based on market fluctuations and business priorities.
  • Maintain pricing databases and ensure accuracy of pricing information.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding pricing strategies and market opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in diamond pricing or related roles within the jewelry industry.
  • Deep understanding of diamond grading, quality factors, and market valuation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
