Position Summary:

Ocularity Analytics is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who excels in motion graphics & seamlessly integrating static and motion elements to create captivating visual experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both static design principles and dynamic motion graphics.

The Graphic Designer will work as an integral part of the Content Division and interface collaboratively with departments across the organization.

Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned):

 Experience as a video editor and a video animator.

 Seamlessly integrate static elements, such as illustrations, typography, and photographs, with dynamic motion graphics to create cohesive visual narratives.

 Develop and execute animations, transitions, and visual effects using industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe after Effects, Premiere pro).

 Collaborate with fellow designers, senior designers and chief creative officer to ensure all graphics align with project goals and brand guidelines.

 Brainstorm creative concepts and storytelling approaches that leverage the combined impact of static and motion elements.

 Translate client briefs and project requirements into innovative design solutions that meet visual and technical standards.

 Conduct thorough quality checks on static and motion graphics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.

 Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices to maximize visual impact and user experience.

 Proficiency in Editing Video footage adding Text, Vectors, Audio, etc. to create and deliver Motion Graphics for various Social Media Platforms.

 Execute a range of deliverables: Emailers, grids, stories, reels, shorts and YouTube videos, performance marketing ads etc

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications):

 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong hold in motion graphics & the portfolio showcasing expertise in static and motion design.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe after effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functional teams.

 Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in executing design projects.

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
