Note: We are looking for Immediate Joiner willing to travel within India with base location as Delhi


JOB DESCRIPTION:



Roles and Responsibilities:


• Managing data strategy for multiple projects at a time, being a key deliverer in new initiatives.

• Develop and manage relationships with various vendors.

• Organize, facilitate and manage projects of all sizes using standard best practices and scales those practices according to the need of the project.

• Suggest and strategize various technologies to use and implement to achieve desired outcome.


Description:


• Minimum 8+ Years of experience in managing large-scale SAP Projects. Background in SAP consulting

• Must to have S/4 HANA implementation as a Project Manager.

• Should have done at least 2+ implementation projects.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Should have strong communication, presentation skills & customer interaction skills for client CXO interactions.

• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.

Prior MNC experience is a must


Roles and Responsibilities:


• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle (ERP Transformation) to facilitate successful delivery to executive team and end to end SAP Implementation project. Background in SAP FICO/SD/MM (either of the modules a must). Must be a part of the BBP, Realization, Design, UAT, Go-Live phase from end to end.


• Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.

Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.


• Develop and oversee detailed project plans.


• Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.


• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.


• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.


• Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.


• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.


• Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.


• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.


• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skill.


• Excellent writing, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills


• Languages known (Read, Write and Speak): Hindi, English"



Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/ MCA/ M. Tech / B. Tech / B.E or any Graduate.
