Prepare comprehensiveTEV Reportswith financial ratios (DSCR, IRR, Breakeven, etc.). Conductindustry researchand provide insights into project viability. Build and reviewfinancial models from scratch ; document assumptions. Prepare and reviewInformation Memorandums, Credit Appraisal Notes , and other lender/investor documents. Liaison withBanks, FIs, and NBFCsfor project evaluation and deal closure. Ensure timely and successful completion of assignments.Ideal Candidate Profile: CA / Engineer / MBAfrom a reputed institute. For Manager 3+ years and for AVP 8+ yearsof experience in TEV/LIE services. Strong relationships withBanks, FIs, and NBFCs . Excellent understanding ofcredit appraisal, lending policies, restructuring & stressed asset resolution .
