These centres support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for major clients, delivering complex, enterprise-grade projects across multiple technology domains.As part of this growth, the organisation is scaling its ServiceNow practice, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM and HRSD.Role SummaryWe are hiring ServiceNow Developers with ITSM or ITOM or HRSD expertise at the Associate and Senior Associate levels. You will join a dedicated ServiceNow delivery team working on high-impact projects within a global consulting environment for an intial 12 month contract.This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week onsite, and involves close collaboration with architects, global delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM or ITOM modulesBuild workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom configurationsDeliver solutions aligned with best practices and out-of-the-box platform capabilitiesParticipate in requirement sessions, solution design discussions, and technical workshopsSupport unit testing, UAT, and defect triage throughout delivery cyclesProvide module expertise and platform guidanceAssist with platform enhancements, deployments, and production supportCreate and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and design specsWork closely with architects, BAs, QA teams, and global stakeholdersParticipate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies across multi-regional teamsSkills & Experience Required2–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong knowledge of: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Catalog, Request, Workflow) orITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integrations) or HRSD.Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of ServiceNow scriptingExperience with REST/SOAP integrationsUnderstanding of ServiceNow architecture and data modelsDesirableServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM/ITOM)Consulting or global delivery experienceBackground working in Centres of Excellence or Acceleration Centre models
