As a Quality Engineer - Performance Testing, you will be responsible to design, develop, implement, monitor, and measure performance at Tiger Analytics. Automation (Performance as the primary skill) Tester proactively contributes, offers recommendations, and identifies risks and solutions associated with proposed or existing software applications strategies. Designing, Implementing and Supporting Performance testing systems and strategies. More specifically, you will work on: Translates Non-functional Requirements into Performance test cases. Develops and executes Performance testing plans and scripts using JMeter and LoadRunnerDocument and communicate the Performance-related risks to Project Management. Suggest and implement process improvements that will accomplish team, department, and business goals Responsible for managing and hiring the team for the project as needed EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong hands-on experience in Performance testing tools preferably JMeter, knowledge on LoadRunner, Soap-UI will be added advantageUnderstanding different performance test metrics for projects. Be able to document and share test metric reports with the team and project management.Must be able to pull data from excel to configure the performance scenario.Sound knowledge on the API testing through different approaches like postman or Jmeter Exposure in Load testing framework and capable of creating the performance test strategy.Good knowledge on application understanding to correlate and come up with Performance scenarios. Hands-on experience with the latest cloud technologies and platforms for performance testing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong experience in analysing and identifying performance bottlenecks. Monitoring system performance using cloud-based tools like Grafana,Dynatrace,Blazemeter etc . Estimate the project from scratch and having experience in Client facing A lead position involves directly overseeing a team of employees. They often review the employees work and provide comments, feedback and tips to help them improve. Most lead positions report to a manager in a senior role and may complete daily responsibilities while the supervisor handles higher-level work items. Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates.Strong understanding of the Performance Testing Life Cycle. Experience in creating a long-term strategy for Performance and Functional testing. Collaborate with product owners, business consultants, and developers to design test scenarios and acceptance criteriaFlexibility towards work and supporting team members. • Ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical information to testing situations Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.Strong knowledge in STLC concepts, process, and methodology. Added advantage on experience in Automation testing including tools – Selenium Web driver, PyTest/TestNG automation framework.Experience with Agile methodology.
