Requirements:

Tech Stack:

-strong proficiency in basic and core Java (Strong fundamentals)

-solid understanding of Front-End technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

-Hands-on working with Back-End technologies like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

-Knowledge of Database: MySQL

Must-Haves:

*Strong communication skills

*Passion for training and mentoring aspiring developers

*Should be equipped handling both offline and online mode of training

First 2 years: Dedicated role as a Trainer – sharing knowledge, building talent, and shaping careers
