Job Title: Lead Structural Integrity EngineerJob Location: Bangalore, KA, IndiaRequired Experience: 15 to 25 YearsJob RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities:- Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets - Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity - Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest - Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale - Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned - Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency - Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams - Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites - Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs - Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutionsWork ExperienceRequired Qualifications & Competencies:- Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering - 15+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects) - Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas - Risk Based Inspection methodologies - Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures - Inspection Optimization - Fitness for Service & Life extension studies - Repair scope preparation - Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures - Familiarity with codes and standards - Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.) - Excellent verbal & written communication - Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures - Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy - Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams - Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)Good to have skills:- Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP - OPITO Certificate - Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques
