Role Brief:

Lead the development and execution of the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. This role will drive initiatives that minimize environmental impact, promote social responsibility, and ensure regulatory compliance, fostering long-term value creation for the company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution:

- Implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company's Objectives.

- Set measurable targets and monitor progress toward carbon neutrality, waste reduction, resource efficiency, and social impact.

Social Responsibility & Community Engagement:

- Design and Lead programs that enhance community relations, employee well-being and ethical business practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, NGOs, and industry bodies to promote social impact initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Lead sustainability reporting and disclosures according to ESG frameworks.

- Ensure transparency and accuracy in sustainability communications to investors and regulators

- Lead Sustainability related audits and work related to certifications.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership, employees, customers, investors, regulators, and community groups.

- Represent the company at sustainability forums, conferences, and industry coalitions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.
