Summary: Inflooens is looking for a Salesforce Software Tester (Mortgage)/QA who fits well as per below job description. 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

Effective Testing Capabilities:  

  • Responsible for quality every functionality  
  • Responsible for the testing and support  
  • Develop detailed test plans  
  • Directs and guides QA testing.  
  • Reviews testing and obtains sign off from the first and second lines of defense as necessary.  

 


People Management:  

  • Guides onshore team resources in the testing of highly complex, multi-platform and distributed applications and is good at communication  
  • Partners with LOB leaders and configuration analysts to educate, guide and audit the QA process and execution.  
  • Interface extensively with end users, management, and Information Technology in the resolution or escalation of Mortgage Systems problems.  
  • Mentor and train more junior employees.  
  • Understands the business need/justification for a change and articulates that need to junior team members.  

Performance Management:  

  • Provide direction to the QA team to design, plan and execute highly complex system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle 
  • Manage the execution of test plans, including resources, strategies, schedules, defect review board, requirement change requests, and processes for highly complex projects 
  • Acts as the highest-level QA expert providing direction to team members on problems of systems integration testing, compatibility and multiple platform integration testing  
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects.  
  • Provides strategic testing recommendations to specific business applications areas as it relates to the selection, installation and stand-up of new testing infrastructure  
  • Researches and recommends process improvements as it relates to the planning and execution of testing  

 

Process Documentation:  

  • Documents the online system and testing procedures, allowing information to be shared with new members of the group trying to learn or test the system.  
  • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of mortgage projects and investor testing requirements.  
  • Reviews and approves Business Requirement documents  
  • Reviews and approves Functional Requirement documents  

 

Process Improvement:  

  • Reviews and provides feedback on test plans, test cases, automation tests, and test reports/results.  
  • Evaluates and recommends uses for, implements and uses automated testing tools to increase the time to market and quality tested in the system  
  • Provides recommendations and implements best practices for continual process improvement  
  • Actively participate in go/no go decisions for releases  

 

Qualifications:  

  • 3 and above years of QA testing experience  
  • Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired  
  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills  
  • Proficient in test management software  
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills  
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field  

 

Note – We need different levels of flutter developer hence we have below mandatory requirements: 

 

  • It’s mandatory for a Candidate to have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Tester 
  • Having an expertise in US Mortgage process will be an added advantage. 
  • Only candidate's willing to work DIRECTLY FROM PUNE office should apply
