Years of Experience :7-10 yearsEducational Qualifications :B.E/B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical)Purpose of the Role: To support the preparation and implementation of quality specifications, standards, and procedures, ensure compliance with project and international quality standards, assist in audit processes and corrective actions, and coordinate with supervisors and vendors to uphold the organization’s quality policies and strategies throughout the AI/Data Center project.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and implement quality specifications, execution methodologies, and standards for civil, structural, MEP, and Data Center works in line with organizational quality policy and strategy. Ensure compliance with international quality standards, including ISO requirements, and benchmark continuous improvements. Develop and maintain quality processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality project outcomes. Plan and execute audit processes and methodologies to monitor adherence to quality standards. Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely closure for continuous improvement. Track, report, and publish training activities provided to supervisors and vendors to reinforce quality standards. Collect, collate, and maintain MIS, reports, and records related to quality performance and compliance.
