Job Description
Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various technologies and roles. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including Software Development, Infrastructure, Security, Data Science, and more.

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, assess technical skills in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate onboarding processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market conditions.



Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.

  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, system administrators, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, etc.

  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience recruiting for life sciences-related positions (e.g., biotech, pharma, healthcare IT) is a plus.

  • Understanding of the specific skill sets and compliance requirements in the life sciences industry.
