Job Description:Position : DesignerExperience : 2 to 4 yearsResponsibilities :- UI/UX Design : Create high-quality user interface designs and user experiences using Figma.- Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.- Design Systems : Maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and style guides.- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.- Feedback Iteration : Take part in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve designs.- Asset Delivery : Prepare and deliver well-organized Figma files and assets for development handoff.- Problem Solving : Understand user pain points and propose creative, usable design solutions.Technical Skills :- Figma : Strong hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.- Design Principles : Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and UI best practices.- Responsive Design : Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.- Tools Knowledge (Optional) : Familiarity with other tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.Skills :- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication for articulating design decisions and collaborating with teams.- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.- Team Collaboration : Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and take ownership of design tasks.- Creativity & Problem Solving : Ability to think creatively while aligning with user needs and business goals.
