Role ObjectiveDrive Damsun’s next-gen digital backbone by strengthening our custom ERP ecosystem, deploying scalable applications, and embedding AI-led process optimisation across functions. This role demands a builder mindset — someone who architects systems, not just maintains them.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development, optimisation, and governance of Damsun’s custom ERP platform.Design and deploy in-house applications to maximize workflow efficiency across sales, operations, production, finance, and service.Build automation frameworks using AI/ML, RPA, and no-code/low-code accelerators to unlock 10x productivity.Ensure enterprise-grade security, data integrity, audit trails, and full compliance across touchpoints.Partner cross-functionally to convert business bottlenecks into digital solutions with measurable outcomes.Establish IT SOPs, access controls, backup/recovery protocols, and proactive cybersecurity governance.Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint security, and system uptime with strict SLAs.Manage external vendors, integrations, APIs, and cross-platform data pipelines.Track KPIs and deliver insights dashboards for leadership decision-making.Qualifications:Proven experience developing or managing custom ERP solutions (preferably multi-brand or multi-location setups).Strong command in application development, databases, integrations, and process automation.Futuristic mindset with hands-on exposure to AI, LLMs, intelligent assistants, and digital transformation initiatives.High compliance orientation: governance-first approach, structured documentation, and process discipline.Execution-driven: thrives in fast-paced setups and delivers outcomes, not tasks.
