Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging and empathetic content for Instagram, , and Meta Ads (posts, reels, short videos, blogs, etc.)Develop mental health–related content around mindfulness, therapy, healing journeys, and self-careWrite short, impactful captions, scripts, and blog content aligned with TooHeal’s voiceTrack content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagementWho You AreA strong communicator who loves storytelling and understands digital audiencesPassionate about mental wellness, psychology, or self-improvementSkilled in writing, short-form video ideation, or content planningComfortable working in a fast-paced startup with ownership and creativityPreferred SkillsBasic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviorGood sense of visual storytelling, tone, and timing in short-form contentPrior experience or a portfolio of creative work Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt content to different formats and audiencesPerksCertificate of completion + Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills & performance)Opportunity for a Full-time role after internship
