Skills and Development : - Full Understanding of the E-Business Suite R12 (12.3 and 12.2) with its architecture- Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Performance tuning of E-business Application Servers- E-business suite pre-patch analysis and impact analysis- Experience working as individual contributor- Should be available during non-business hours to support upgrade and migration projects- Work as point of contact and drive upgrade/migration project- Should be able to design, plan and execute upgrade/migration projects- Well versed in change management, incident management- Good customer communication and documentation skills- Hands on Experience in EBS Upgrades and migration to different platforms- Should be able to estimate upgrade/migration timelines and set customer expectations- Knowledge on integration of EBS with OID/OAM (SSO)- Cloning oracle EBS- DR build and Maintenance- Hands on experience in Weblogic Installation, Configuration, Administration and Performance tuning- Good Knowledge of Database Administration 12c and 19c- Performance tuning of database and init.ora parameters- Understanding to read and interpret the alert log files, output of tkprof and AWR report- Cloud concepts knowledge (Azure preferred)Good to have skills : - Microsoft SQL server administration- DB2 administration- Teradata administration- Shell scripting- Project planning and management (ref:hirist.tech)
