Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Upstream modules to lead solution design, implementation, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management (SIPM), and Ariba integration with SAP ERP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and support of Ariba Upstream modules including:SourcingContract ManagementSupplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP/SIPM)Ariba Integration (CIG)Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.Configure Ariba upstream modules to support strategic sourcing processes and compliance standards.Drive solution design workshops, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.Manage approval workflows, templates, document configurations, and supplier onboarding.Support integration activities between Ariba and SAP ECC/S4HANA via CIG.Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.Prepare training materials and provide user training sessions.Ensure adherence to procurement best practices and governance policies.Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, suppliers, and IT teams.Required Skills & Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Upstream modules.Strong expertise in:SourcingContractsSLP / SIPMAriba Integration (CIG / PI / middleware)Strong understanding of source-to-contract (S2C) processes.Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.Ability to create functional documents: BRD, FSD, test scripts, training guides.Solid understanding of procurement processes and compliance.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
