Job Description :


The Network Engineer (L3) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network solutions, focusing on SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and WiFi technologies from Cisco and HPE Aruba. This role requires deep technical expertise in network architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, security, and Responsibilities :


- Network Design & Implementation : Architect and deploy SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and WiFi solutions using Cisco and HPE Aruba technologies.


- Configuration & Optimization : Configure routers, switches, access points, and security policies to enhance network performance.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide L3-level support for complex network issues, ensuring minimal

downtime.


- Security & Compliance : Implement security best practices, including firewall policies, VPN configurations, and access control.

- Monitoring & Performance Management : Utilize network monitoring tools to analyze traffic patterns and optimize performance.

- Documentation & Training : Maintain detailed network documentation and provide training to junior engineers.


- Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align network strategies with business goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Expertise in SD-WAN & SD-LAN : Strong knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela, Meraki) and HPE Aruba EdgeConnect SD-Branch.


- WiFi Networking : Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), HPE Aruba Instant APs, and WiFi optimization.


- Routing & Switching : Advanced knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and ArubaOS.

- Security & VPN : Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network access control (NAC).

- Network Monitoring Tools : Experience with Cisco Prime, Aruba Central, SolarWinds, or similar (Preferred) :


- Cisco : CCNP Enterprise, CCIE (Networking, Wireless, Security)


- HPE Aruba : ACMP, ACCP, ACDX

- SD-WAN : Cisco SD-WAN Specialist, Aruba SD-Branch :


- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco and HPE Aruba SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and WiFi solutions.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues at an L3 level.
