About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Core Developer / Architect to drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build robust software solutions aligned with business Responsibilities :


- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of .NET Core-based applications and microservices.

- Define technical standards, coding practices, and ensure best practices in software development.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conducting code reviews and guiding team skill development.

- Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, security, performance, and scalability.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.

- Ensure integration of applications with various backend systems, databases, and third-party services.

- Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.

- Document architectural designs, development processes, and technical Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET Core and C#.

- Strong expertise in designing and developing microservices architectures.

- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Web APIs, and RESTful services.

- Deep knowledge of SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and data modeling.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deployment and monitoring.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal Qualifications :


- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.

- Experience with event-driven architecture and domain-driven design.

- Prior experience as a technical architect or team lead.

- Working experience in heterogeneous architecture will be a plus
