About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Webflow Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning, user-friendly websites using Webflow and possess strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality performance and alignment with branding guidelines.

- Develop custom animations, interactions, and components to enhance user experience.

- Manage content updates and implement design changes as required.

- Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.

- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

- Debug and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Maintain detailed project documentation and update stakeholders regularly.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Webflow developer or similar role.

- Webflow Expertise : Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, animations, and interactions.

- Design Knowledge : Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

- HTML/CSS Skills : Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and an understanding of JavaScript.

- Attention to Detail : Strong eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with graphic design tools like Figma etc.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
