Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI

Lead Full Stack + AI Engineer(React/Node + Flutter + Applied AI + Scalable Systems)About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly-capable, product-minded Lead Full Stack + AI Engineer with the confidence and ability to build entire platforms end-to-end — including web apps, mobile apps, and advanced AI systems. You will architect, code, deploy, automate, and iterate — across frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, and AI/ML.This is not a narrow role — we’re building platforms with AI at the core, and you must be comfortable handling everything from model integration and vector search to Firebase auth, real-time user flows, and custom UI experiences.You will take on two flagship products that require:- Web (React + Node.js) - Mobile (Flutter) - Backend (Node.js/Nest.js or serverless) - Full AI Stack: vision, embeddings, semantic search, fine-tuning - Scalable cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Firebase) - Third-party integrations (payment, auth, search, catalog)Core Responsibilities- Architect and build end-to-end web apps using React + Node.js - Build and deploy Flutter mobile apps (Android and iOS) - Implement and scale AI features including: - Image-to-search product discovery - Vector DB + embeddings-based recommendations - Prompt-driven workflows and multi-step LLM/vision tasks - Custom image and text processing pipelines - Own full deployment pipeline (CI/CD, infra, cloud, hosting, analytics, etc.) - Integrate 3rd party APIs, build modular APIs, manage microservices or serverless - Handle full data workflows: ingestion > transformation > AI indexing - Build dashboards, role-based permission systems, and real-time UI flows - Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI - Maintain performance, caching, error-handling, logging, and delivery speed - Troubleshoot, optimize, automate, and document as you goRequirements (Must Have)- 5+ years full stack dev experience, including technical ownership - Proven history of building and scaling React/Node.js apps in production - Strong Flutter experience (Android & iOS builds with deployment edge cases)Demonstrable AI experience:- OpenAI/Claude/Gemini integrations - Prompt engineering - Vision models (CLIP, SAM, SD, etc.) - Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant) - Embeddings, semantic search, RAG pipelines - Deep experience with backend architecture, APIs, auth, tokenization - CI/CD, cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Firebase, etc.) - Experience with one of: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase - Strong Git workflow, testing, debugging, staging/production migration - Strong communication, self-management, and speed - Can manage both MVP builds and scalable infrastructureBonus (Nice To Have)- Experience with scrapers/crawler pipelines - Familiarity with Next.js, Nest.js, Prisma, Redis - Build-measure-learn delivery on startup timelines - Previous AI/ML deployment using modal.run, RunPod, HuggingFace, etc. - Experience shipping fast in venture-backed or early-stage startup environmentsWhat You’ll Actually Be Doing- Build real AI products, not chatbots — including vision, search, and personalization systems - Work directly with a fast-moving founder team (no red tape, no silos) - Lead and own the core architecture across platforms - Shape direction on technical strategy, velocity, and priorities - Ship live, user-facing features on web and mobile within weeks, not quartersImportant- This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
