Role : Oracle Cloud Technical and Functional ConsultantLocation : Pune, IndiaJob Summary :We are looking for a versatile Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud applications (SaaS/PaaS). This role involves working on end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and configuration to development and post-implementation support.Key Responsibilities :Functional Consulting :- Lead discovery sessions to capture and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).- Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with client business processes and best practices.- Create functional design specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud functionality, security, and data migration strategies.- Develop and deliver user training and documentation.Technical Consulting :- Design and develop technical solutions using Oracle Cloud tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and BI Publisher.- Create and maintain integrations with third-party applications using SOAP/REST APIs.- Perform data conversions using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator (ADFdi).- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with Oracle Support and functional teams.- Develop and customize reports and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.- 4 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle Technical, Functional, or Techno-Functional Consultant.- Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other PaaS services.- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
